This is a list of various links to Software Development Standards Resources on the Web. There are some that may require registration or joining to use and others that may require paid registration. I don’t believe that applies to many of them. Basically this is a good starting list and many have links that can be followed to search out more specifics.

That said, don’t expect to find too many ‘freebies’ out there – if it is an industry standard (other than MIL-STD) you have to pay for it and there is no site giving it away free. This information can be used as reference material.
