The meeting started with the review of the minutes of the meeting from the last meeting at Saft on September 26, 2000. The minutes of the meeting were approved.

It was decided that when draft is ready to be sent to the IEEE committee for review, then the revision level would be changed to D2.X. Consensus was reached among the members to get the draft ready for next IEEE committee review.

The draft standard, rev. D1.3, was reviewed line by line by working group members. Larry Meisner’s comments were also reviewed.

For section 1.1, Alex Sinyak will check with Tom McGean to see if we need to re-submit the PAR.

Vince Young will provide definition of cycling. Alex Sinyak will provide note in section 3.7 explaining C5A discharge rate.

Alex Sinyak will also provide wording of the first sentence under section 6.1.

Vince Young and Ted Mavronicolas will rewrite (effect of charging voltage and current) section 6.2.2.3.

The draft standard, rev D1.3, was reviewed upto section 6.2.2.2. Remaining part of the draft will be reviewed at the next meeting.

Next meeting will be held on April 4 (Tuesday), 2001 at SEPTA.
