Celebrating Arbor Day at Ivy Stockwell
On April 6, Ivy Stockwell students learned about trees from a Town of Berthoud expert and are getting ready for Arbor Day. Families are welcome to join the community celebration on April 25 at Berthoud Town Park.
7th Grade Science Gets Creative
Lucile Erwin Middle School students are testing creative ways to grow green beans in their IB science projects. From soda to slime, these hands-on experiments show curiosity and bold thinking in action.
Math Olympiad Brings Students Together
Over 125 fourth- and fifth-grade students from eight TSD schools participated in the 10th Annual Math Olympiad Square Off on March 27. Berthoud Elementary School took home the top team average and will keep the traveling trophy until next year.
Thompson Leadership Academy Explores Innovative Technology
On March 12, participants in the Thompson Leadership Academy visited the district’s Support Services Center to learn about Innovative Technology Services. The session highlighted digital tools, digital access and equity, safety and wellness, innovation, and library services supporting students and staff.
