Allocate district funds, time, equipment, and FTE equitably to ensure access to educational programs and activities.
Theory of Action
If we allocate resources equitably, then we will narrow opportunity gaps based in fee structures and increase access and opportunity for both staff and students.
I think sporting events such as basketball games and track meets should be better marketed to people in the community who don’t have a connection to a student in the schools.

- Strategy 1: Continue to conduct a funding allocation review to better meet the needs of students.
- Strategy 2: Explore incentives for staff working in schools with performance concerns (turnaround, no growth, or low-growth over 3 years time).
