Strategy 1: Continue to provide forums with childcare and interpretation within diverse communities to allow staff, students, and families to educate staff/leaders on specific cultural topics and experiences.

Strategy 1: All district-and-school-wide communication will be provided for families in English and Spanish via written translation and/or oral interpretation

• Created consistent signage for entry to district and school sites in English and Spanish
• Explore a secure digital multilingual tool for translation and accessibility for schools

Strategy 2: Increase access to bilingual staff to support multilingual communication needs across the district and in all schools

• Increased district-level interpretation and translation staff
• Communicated with district and school staff about district-level translation/interpretation options

Strategy 2: Explore incentives for staff working in schools with performance concerns (turnaround, no growth, or low-growth over 3 years time)

• Reported highly qualified staff status in schools in turnaround, no growth, and low-growth schools
