How to Request Opportunities in Xello:

1. Log-In to Xello via ClassLink
2. Navigate to Opportunities
  • Select OPPORTUNITIES from Quick Links or EXPLORE tab
3. EXPLORE OPPORTUNITIES
  • Use the filter button to view Opportunities by type, career cluster, location, and paid/unpaid
4. REQUEST & APPLY
  • Review Opportunity details/eligibility
  • Click the Request button
  • Your school's WBL Specialist will contact you with application instructions

Thompson School District is part of the NOCO K-12 Work-Based Learning Collaborative. In order to best serve students and businesses, our WBL network is:
  • Regional: Districts and Businesses across Larimer and Weld Counties utilize this network
  • Shared: We share the Xello WBL Network with 8 districts/schools in Northern Colorado
  • Collaborative: We work together as a region to connect students to work-based learning and provide businesses with a one-stop-shop to access the youth talent pipeline.
