Summer Scholars Enrollment Information
The Summer Scholars program provides an opportunity for students to engage in enriching academic activities during the summer. In order to ensure that the program serves students who will benefit the most, an initial student list is developed based on a variety of data points. Students who qualify for, or are being monitored for a READ plan, will receive an invitation to enroll early during our Priority Registration period.
Priority Enrollment Process
Priority enrollment for students invited (those who have identified READ plans) to the Summer Scholars program is open through March 16th. After this date, we will begin offering enrollment to students who were not initially invited, as space permits.
If your child was not selected initially but you would like them to attend, we invite you to enroll during general enrollment, which will open March 17th - May 2nd. Registration for each site will remain open until filled, or until the May 2nd deadline.
We strive to ensure that the Summer Scholars program meets the needs of as many students as possible while maintaining a focus on those who will gain the most from this opportunity. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
