Project SEARCH
Project SEARCH is a one-year school-to-work program designed to prepare young adults with disabilities ages 18-21 for competitive employment. Participants gain transferable, marketable job skills and valuable hands-on experience in a real-world work setting.

How it Works
- Participants complete three rotations throughout various departments within Banner McKee Medical Center

Who is Eligible?
Students ages 18-21 receiving services through TSD Integrated Services who demonstrate transition needs in their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) are eligible. Students must be interested in obtaining a paid job and have completed the credits required for graduation before entering the program. They must also be in their last year of receiving support from TSD, have applied, and be eligible for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
