BDFB, District Personnel Performance Evaluation Council
The Board of Education shall appoint, pursuant to state law, an advisory school district personnel performance evaluation council which shall consist of three teachers, three principals, three nonparents and one central office administrator who shall be the director of human resources.
The council shall consult with the Board as to the fairness, effectiveness, credibility and professional quality of the certificated personnel performance evaluation system and its processes and procedures and shall conduct a continuous evaluation of the system.
