EBBB, Accident Reports
Student accidents or injuries shall be reported as required by regulations established in Policy EBBB-R. Accident reports should be reviewed by the insurance department to determine cause and methods for potential future prevention.
Employees shall report all work-related accidents to their immediate supervisor within 24 hours and complete the appropriate forms.
Employees seeking medical care for work-related injuries must see a district designated physician. Failure to do so, except in the case of a limb or life-threatening emergency, will result in the employee assuming the full cost of the unauthorized medical treatment(s).
