All students who have successfully completed the graduation requirements for a Diploma and are in good standing, may participate in the graduation exercises. A student with a disability who will not be awarded a Diploma but who is eligible to receive a Certificate of Achievement per Policy IKF, and is in good standing, may also participate in the graduation exercises.

The principal of each high school is authorized to withhold participation privileges in the graduation exercises and other senior activities for good cause. The principal, upon withholding participation privileges, shall make an immediate and complete report to the superintendent.

Prayers and other activities of religious nature shall not be included in graduation exercises.
