Incident IQ

Visit TSD Help Desk to access ticketing in the Incident IQ platform.  The link to enter a ticket can also be accessed through ClassLink.

Once you login to IIQ, click on the word Tickets on the top left of the page. Then click +New Ticket.

Incident IQ is a centralized and consistent way to get support, helping ensure that your issue doesn’t get lost in emails and gets routed to the right person quickly.

Submit tickets about:

• Technology support (staff and student)
• Asset management
• Requests for instructional support
• Cataloging requests and delivery of library materials

Incident IQ offers a robust knowledge base about tech tools and common issues with technology in TSD.  Log in to the platform and go to the Dash > Knowledge Base.
