Implementation specialists' primary role is to be the teacher and student voice in I.T.S. As former TSD teachers, they support schools with professional development. They often serve as the interpreter of schools' needs with IT needs. They focus on:
- Professional development for whole staff or grade levels
- On demand learning via coaching, mentoring and PLC support
- Innovation Lab creation and support
