Google Takeout
Students departing TSD can use Google Takeout to export data from their TSD Google account, either as a transfer to a personal (non-TSD) Google account or a download. If you transfer your data, you will be prompted to send a verification email to the receiving account in order to initiate the transfer. If you download your data, you can choose to receive a download link via email, or save it to external cloud storage services.
Get Started
Option 1: Transfer Your Data
Copies of your files will be placed in the external Google account you specify. The originals in your TSD account will remain unchanged. Refer to Copy content from your school account to another account for more assistance.
Option 2: Download Your Data
Export your files in various formats and save them to other cloud services or download a compressed folder. Refer to How to download your Google data for more assistance.

To request assistance transferring your data before your account is deactivated, please call 970-613-7777. Accounts for graduating students will be deactivated the following July 31st, and all other accounts will be deactivated upon departure. Once your account is deactivated, you will not be able to access any files, including files shared with other accounts or published to the web.
