Research & Training Center on Early Childhood Development
The Research and Training Center on Early Childhood Development - The mission of the Research and Training Center (RTC) on Early Childhood Development is to promote and enhance the healthy development of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with or at risk for developmental delays or disabilities.

The Center for Best Practices in Early Childhood is an umbrella title for a group of three state-funded and six federally funded grant projects that deal with young children with disabilities, their families and teachers.
