Serving over 15,000 students and staff across Loveland, Berthoud, and surrounding areas, our department ensures that all district facilities meet the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and functionality.
Our team oversees a wide array of services, including Custodial Services, Energy/Resource Management, Environmental Health and Safety Management, Facility Use, Maintenance of Buildings and Grounds, Project Management, and Security Systems.
From managing building renovations and athletic improvements to ensuring environmental compliance and resource efficiency, the Facilities Services Department is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for students, staff, and the community.
