Project Management

 

The Facilities Project Management Department oversees a wide range of facility projects, including concrete and asphalt work, athletics improvements, and building renovations. Most projects requiring outside contractors are managed by the Facilities Project Management Department to ensure they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

The department is also responsible for maintaining and organizing as-built drawings, coordinating locates for dirt work projects, obtaining necessary state permits, and managing inspections for backflow systems and cottage facilities. These efforts ensure that all projects comply with regulations and meet the needs of the district.
