Help us prepare for the 2026-27 school year! Our required Annual Family Check-In is open now through April 24.

Why It Matters

This yearly update is required for every student enrolled in the Thompson School District and must be completed by a parent or guardian in the student's primary household. This information ensures your emergency contacts, health information, and permissions are current. We use this information for day-to-day operations, and it is imperative that it’s accurate so we can reach you quickly in an emergency.

How to Complete Annual Family Check-In

Log into your Campus Parent account.

Once logged in, follow the steps below:

Click on More located on the bottom left side of the Campus Parent Home Page
Choose Annual Family Check-In
Click Begin Registration

The application opens in a new window. Be sure to allow pop-ups in the browser before you begin. Follow the prompts to view and update information as needed. To add a new student, click on “Add New Student” from the Student Tab.

Note: Annual Family Check-In may show the enrolled school for the current school year. If you have received and accepted a Choice Enrollment seat, please complete the Annual Family Check-In and the registrars will update the enrollment.

Note: For address changes, your school will require proof of residency, and will contact you for that when your Annual Family Check-In is processed.

When you have completed the application, Save/Continue and click the Submit button and press Confirm. You will receive an email confirming that your application has been submitted.

Troubleshoot Common Issues

If the application does not open when you click on the Annual Family Check-In (AFC) Link, disable the web browser pop-up blocker.

If you close the application before completing it, you can return to the application following the same steps.

Missing Annual Family Check-In Link

If you're missing the Annual Family Check-In link, ensure you are logged into your Campus Parent account, not the student's. The link appears on the account of the primary household guardian, while secondary household guardians can update their information under Family Members and Household links.

If you are the primary guardian and still do not see the link, contact your student's school to verify household data.

Pop-Up Blocker Browser Settings

Some interactions in Infinite Campus open a new window or tab, which may be blocked by a browser's pop-up blocker. Below are some instructions for commonly used browsers.

Chrome

Block or allow pop-ups in Chrome

Safari

Allow or block pop-ups in Safari on Mac

Edge

In Edge, go to Settings and more (three dot icon) at the top of your browser.
Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
Under All permissions, select Pop-ups and redirects.
Under Allow, select Add.
Type "thompsonco.infinitecampus.org" and select Add.
