Overall Estimated Safety Needs Through 2030: $12,000,000

Each day, Thompson School District’s primary focus is to create and foster a safe and secure environment for students, families, staff and community members. Below are some identified items that are necessary in order to continue to maintain and enhance these efforts.

Additional Secure Vestibules in Schools: $10,000,000

Main entry vestibules provide an important security checkpoint for school visitors.

Radio Amplification Systems: $1,000,000

Improvements are needed to help provide better security radio coverage in buildings.

Physical System Upgrades: $1,000,000

Examples of physical system upgrades include additional security cameras, fencing and door replacement.
